"This is the 1st negative review I’ve ever left. This office accidentally cancelled our auto policy when we surrendered our plates (we just moved to another state which they were aware of). We were driving around for 2 months without insurance and didn’t know (we caught the mistake ourselves). They blamed it on a system error. Shouldn’t have happened, but we understand mistakes do happen. However, they just sent us a bill back charging us for those two months. On top of that, our insurance went up by $100 per month because they’re saying they had to re-write our policy, even though it was their fault. No apologies nothing. Basically told us it is what it is and they’re not going to do anything to fix it. We’ve had multiple issues with this office so we’ve had enough. Edgar, I will remove this review if you call us and fix your mistake. Tell your team to take some accountability from time to time. Incredibly frustrating when they all act like they did nothing wrong"

First off, my apologies, for my team member’s mistake cancelling the wrong policy. As you know, the issue was resolved, the policy was reinstated with no lapse in coverage and everything was corrected on our end. I spoke with the team member in question and she took full accountability for her mistake. State Farm also corrected the error as soon as we brought it up to them. On regards to the price difference, it was not because the auto policy was rewritten; the reason for the price change was because you moved the auto policy to a different state. As you may know, auto insurance premium, among other factors, is based on where you live. Different states and cities within the same state have different premiums. "Usually they’re very accommodating and my mother has been with them for years, but I found myself heavily frustrated when I saw my bill this month was $300 after one of their representatives (ANGELA) failed to apply a discount I had sent proof of a little over a month ago and was specifically told I was supposed to get my money back from last months payment. No money was given back from last months payment and now the representative I spoke to today tells me it was never applied as the representative (Angela) was “too busy” at the time and the file became corrupted???! AND the discount will take another two billing cycles to go through. If I had been contacted earlier and been aware of this issue maybe it could’ve been handled and I wouldn’t be as upset. I understand things happen but this is ridiculous. Nothing they can do and I just have to pay $300 for the next two months even though it was a human error on their part. Things get busy and hectic but I as a customer, now have to suffer those consequences when money doesn’t grow on trees. Thanks State Farm."

"No one hardly answers, I’ve been calling emailing and have left messages and nothing. The office is however good at calling and emailing you umpteenth times if you are late though , they don’t miss a beat with that. I’ll be switching insurance companies at the end of my term, I can’t deal with paying for any service/providers who are cheery when taking your money but not to return your concerns. Plus the insurance keeps going upppppppppp. Every time I turn around it’s another price hike. The insurance is about to be more than my note, makes no sense."
